Concrete flooring is extremely strong but sometimes needs some repair work over time. Continuous stress con concrete flooring can result in unsightly cracks that are not only ugly but can prove to be a tripping hazard as well. Garage and patio concrete slabs that have extensive cracks can be dangerous to walk on for yourself, family and guests. It is important to seal up any cracks as they arise. Usually people take a concrete sealer to fill up the cracks. I like to not only use a sealer but apply a concrete coating afterward. It not only looks better this way but the epoxy provides a non slip surface to prevent slipping.
